Natco is looking for a dynamic, team oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly growing sales division. If you are self-motivated, enjoy a fast-paced work environment and have merchandising and product sourcing sales experience we are looking for you!

Job Summary:

This position provides advanced technical administrative support to the Executive VP of Sales (Woven Rugs) and the Director of Product Sourcing with all day-to-day general administrative duties and task by supporting complex schedules, process product data information into company database. Serves as the point of communication between the sales team and other organizational departments.

Sales Support /Administrative

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for key seasonal product meetings.
  • Communicate with internal departments, individuals, and customers to meet immediate deliverables and prioritizing as needed.
  • Update inventory for specific customers as needed.
  • Update customer pricelist and keep customer cross reference files updated on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Complete and process set-up sheets, new items, check customer purchase orders.
  • Process sample request, photography, and image request for new and existing set-ups.
  • Submit request for items/products that need updating or changes.

Reports / Product & Merchandising:

  • Create sales reports, to incorporate product photos.
  • Run sales reports with items to include dimensions and specifications.
  • Update confidential pricing list of supplier specs and pricing weekly.
  • Run and update multiple reposts from shipping cost, verify information from vendors and send out emails with weekly changes to management team.
  • Resolve issues with formulas on Excel reports.
  • Ability to evaluate trend packets and communicate changes to design team.
  • Create Sell Pages that are compelling and trend forward yet have commercial appeal.
  • Research and comparison shop with the intention of evaluating products and assortment in the market and the ability to communicating back to the product sourcing team.
  • Support other administrative task as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and/or Business Administration strongly desired.
  • 3+ years as a sales support and/or merchandising administration experience required.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & power Point) or related marketing and sales software programs.
  • Understanding and ability to use marketing, photo and other creative suite software.
  • Experience using standard sales programs such as CRM’s (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and sales and inventory standard reports.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency when appropriate.
  • Must be detailed oriented with the ability to work with multiple products and vendors.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and departments.
  • Team oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
